SARAL EINDHAN VITARAN APP (SEVA) for power utilities is a mobile APP based platform for quick tracking of coal despatch from any despatch point of Coal India Limited (CIL) spread across eight States of the country related to the Power Sector. The APP provides specific information to power consumers in respect of siding-wise indent of rakes by the coal company, allotment and status of loading and grade-wise despatch of coal for a particular day or period to a particular consumer maintaining required privacy of information through log-in / password mechanism. Consumer-wise, despatch point-wise relevant information of coal despatch like despatch quantity, grade of coal, mode of despatch is available in open access section. SEVA is aimed to provide timely quick information for facilitating coal movement from different despatch point of CIL to any power plant in India.
